Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious and spotless, making for a comfortable stay. Hotel facilities: We enjoyed the use of the gym and pool, which were well-maintained and a great way to relax. Location in Jimo city area: The hotel's location was convenient for those visiting the nearby wholesales center and being close to the airport was a plus. Japanese restaurant: We had a fantastic dining experience at the Japanese restaurant, with delicious food and great service.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful high rise building that stood out in the surrounding area. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms were all clean and luxurious. The staff provided great service and were able to communicate in English. I especially loved the modern shower in the room, with both a standard shower head and a rainmaker shower head. The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of delicious options. The fitness center had top-notch equipment and a lovely pool. The area surrounding the hotel was filled with brightly lit shops and felt very safe.
The distance from the airport, which caused some confusion and an extra charge with the taxi driver. The hotel's other restaurants were a bit overpriced.

the Spa & wellness centre provided relaxing massages and the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind.
The hotel's location was a minor issue as it was a bit far from the city center. the helpful staff provided us with transportation options and there were still plenty of things to do in the nearby area.

It is also just a short drive from the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a hassle, free check, in and check, out experience. the breakfast options are varied and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.
Some of the front desk staff may not be as attentive or friendly, resulting in a less enjoyable stay.

Room was clean and had a nice view. Very comfortable beds and modern shower. the fitness center had great equipment and the pool was beautiful.
The hotel was too far from downtown and the airport. Taxi drivers did not know how to get there and overcharged for the ride.
